These unroasted coffee beans are of the Catimor, Typica, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varietals. Grown at a high-altitude of 3514-4537 feet/1071-1383 meters in the Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, Chiapas region, they are carefully handpicked, ensuring only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are selected.
