Please note that balloons are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Easy Assembly Instructions

1. Fill the base with water.
2. For added stabilization, fill the water bag with water and position it on top of the base, ensuring it is center-aligned and correctly positioned.
3. Insert a pole firmly through the water bag into the center of the base.
4. Add a pole connector, then insert the next pole.
5. Continue adding poles to your desired column height.
6. For added strength and stability, use the included glue craft dots between every connection. Stick a glue dot to the end of the pole and insert it into the connector.
7. Use the balloon rings to hang the inflated balloons onto the poles, one on top of the other, with the openings facing down.
